Portrait Commission
I would be delighted to discuss a portrait session. We can discuss the people involved - who is the picture of; what is the occasion, event or life-stage; how is it to be presented? We can also agree the format: indoors or out, studio or home?
I have a fully equipped studio but I am prepared to travel across the south of England to carry out portrait shoots in your home rather than in my studio if that better suits you.
For me, a conversation about what is required, and the background story, is as important as what lights or lenses are used. The portrait is about telling a story - and it’s the sitter’s story that counts. We can agree a way to tell a part of that story, so that it’s memorable - and sympathetic.
